Add an Appointment

Appointments can be scheduled from the Dashboard, the Calendar, or the Clients section while viewing a client profile. Click on Calendar in the top menu. Quick Availability

The Quick Availability window can be accessed when adding an appointment. It displays a list of upcoming available times.

Customize Availability (Roster)

The roster feature allows you to change the start/end times for staff members on specific dates. Edit or Delete an Appointment or Busy Time

Click on Calendar in the top menu. Click on the event on the calendar. Appointments can also be modified from the Reports & Data, Clients, or Dashboard sections. If editing the event, make changes in the Details section, and click Save. If deleting the event, click in the upper right corner of the window. Then, select Delete from the menu that opens.

Appointment Changelog

An appointment's changelog allows you to view a list of all changes made to an appointment, when those changes were made, and which user made the changes.
