SnapAppointments, LLC ("SnapAppointments," “we,” “our” or “us”) owns and provides various websites, services, and software that facilitate online appointment scheduling and management of appointments (collectively, the “Services”). SnapAppointments respects your privacy and the privacy of your customers. “Business User” shall refer to any business using the Services for online scheduling and appointment management purposes. “Consumer” shall refer to an end consumer using the Services to schedule or manage an appointment, provide feedback or submit a review, or utilize any other aspect of the Services. “You” shall refer to both Consumers and Business Users. The following Privacy Statement outlines how SnapAppointments will treat information as you use our software as a service ( SaaS ) scheduling solutions. Personally-identifiable Information

When you first register to use our services, we gather some basic information about you such as your name, business type or occupation, email address, and other standard contact information. We request this information so that we may register you for our service, and customize our application to meet the specific needs of your business or profession. In addition, we use such information as a mailing list to periodically provide you information regarding updates, enhancements, or to assist you in setting up and utilizing our services. Optionally, you can opt-out of the mailing list at any time, although it is strictly used to provide SnapAppointments-related information.

If a Consumer chooses to use the Service, the Consumer may elect to provide information including, but not limited to, that Consumer’s name, telephone number, and email address (collectively “Consumer Information”), that may be Personally Identifiable Information. This is the basic information that service providers require in order to book an appointment with them and the extent of what is required or optional, other than the most basic information, is determined by the business accepting the appointment. Credit cards can be entered and processed at the time of booking an appointment but SnapAppointments does not store any of the billing information nor is it displayed to the business. We may also collect user submitted information including but not limited to ratings & reviews of businesses and service providers with whom the submitting Consumer has interacted through the Services, and any responses or other postings by a Business User.

When a Business User registers to use the Services, we may ask that Business User to provide business information including the business name, type of business, email address, telephone number, and street address (“Business Information”). We may also ask Business Users to provide a valid credit card number and billing address so that we can process any payments for use of the Services by such Business User, pursuant to the Business User Terms of Use. Business Users, as registered users of the Services, may modify their account information at any time by accessing the “Settings” section of their SnapAppointments account when such Business User is logged into the Services.

By collecting some information about you, we are able to deliver relevant information to you about SnapAppointments services (never third party services). You have the option of opting out of any SnapAppointments mailings such as the SnapAppointments newsletter. SnapAppointments may disclose or access account information in the event the law requires such disclosure and for administrative or related purposes to maintain and improve our services to you. SnapAppointments will never share personally-identifiable information about you, your business or your customers with any third party without receiving your permission, unless required to do so by law.

SnapAppointments requires all of our clients (and their staff) to log into their SnapAppointments accounts before they are permitted to gain access to their account information. You must enter your unique SnapAppointments username and enter your personal password in order to log into your SnapAppointments account. While passwords are encrypted in the database, ultimately, you are responsible for keeping your password secret, which means that you should not tell anyone what your password is. We recommend that you change you and your staff members' passwords regularly.

Non-Personally-Identifiable Information Automatically Collected

Non-personally identifiable information is information that, by itself, cannot be tracked to a specific individual. Examples of non-personally identifiable information include, but are not limited to, the type of internet browser you are using, the type of computer operating system you are using, your IP address, the time and date of your use of the Services, and whether or not you clicked on hypertext links within the Services. We may collect non-personally identifiable information while you use the Services used for no purpose other than improving the service.

Cookies

When you log into SnapAppointments, we use cookies to provide customizable and personalized services, such as changing your personal profile. By modifying your browser preferences, you may accept all cookies, be notified when a cookie is set, or reject all cookies. In order to accept and manage appointments, reservations, or bookings made by Consumers through the Services, however, you must have cookies enabled.

Scheduling and Appointment Confidentiality

SnapAppointments will not share a Business User schedule with anyone, except to the extent necessary to allow Consumers to browse available times, schedule and manage appointments. We will not share a Consumer’s personal schedule information with anyone except the Business User with whom such Consumer schedules an appointment. Each Business User will be able to access and view only the schedule for that business, and only information relating to appointments for that business.

Customer and Employee Confidentiality

SnapAppointments also holds your customer and employee information in strictest confidence and does not disclose any of your personal information to companies or organizations not affiliated with us. Although SnapAppointments is a self-directed scheduling system, a technical support person at SnapAppointments or its affiliates may use your personal information to help you with a technical problem or provide support services. All SnapAppointments employees are based domestically in the United States. SnapAppointments or its affiliates may also use your personal information to communicate with you about services that you have expressed an interest in or that we believe may be of interest to you. In addition, we may, as permitted by law and without your prior permission, provide personal information about you contained in our records or files to persons or organizations such as: persons who perform a business function for us, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities, or our affiliated companies.

Children

Children should request permission from their parent or guardian prior to sending personal information online. SnapAppointments does not intend to collect any personally-identifiable information from individuals under the age of 18. If a child has provided SnapAppointments with personally-identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child should contact us if they would like such information deleted from our records. We will use all reasonable efforts to delete the child's personally-identifiable information from the existing files.

Security

Our Web site has high security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. These security measures include state-of-the-art firewalls, high physical protection in the data center, nightly backup procedures, and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your data and financial information during Internet transmission. Best efforts are in place to maintain the security and integrity of your data.

Credit Card Transactions

Credit card transactions are processed by third party gateways which have confidentiality of transactions covered by their privacy policies. These gateways offer secure encrypted credit card transactions for thousands of companies and have stringent security measures in place.

Communication of Changes

Protecting your privacy and information is a top priority of SnapAppointments. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to our Privacy Statement to our customers, but in any event our Privacy Statement may change from time to time and we invite you to review this Policy online at any time.
