What's the difference between an Appointment and a Busy Time?

Appointments are calendar items that are associated with a specific client and service within our system. An appointment is also stored in a client's history, along with any associated appointment notes. Busy Times are items on your calendar which also consume time, but aren't associated with a client (e.g. vacations and lunch breaks).
