About

In an effort to attract and retain the most effective teachers and administrators in the state, MCS and IWU are partnering to provide qualified MCS employees no cost courses that build toward the degrees and certificates listed below.

Courses at no cost to the participant. All tuition, materials and fees will be paid in full by MCS.

Classes will be held in MCS buildings, and will be supplemented with online coursework.

Classes will begin mid-January

The number of courses covered in the grant is determined by the program selected by the most MCS employees. On average 3 - 4 courses will be completed.

Course length varies by program. On average, courses last 6 – 8 weeks.
A minimum number of seven teachers/administrators is necessary to establish a cohort for any of the following programs:
