The Bensalem Branch of the Bucks County Free Library is a passport acceptance facility. Passport services are available by appointment only.
Applicants must bring proof of U.S. citizenship, proof of identity; a passport photo; and two forms of payment for the fees. One check or money order is made out to the Department of State. The amount paid to the Department of State varies depending on the type of service requested. An execution fee of $35 per application is payable to the Bucks County Free Library, which can be made by cash, Visa or Mastercard.
