Empowerment Breathwork is an evolutionary adaptation of the life art of "Conscious Breathing". Utilizing a technique of "Conscious Connected Breathing", Empowerment Breathwork offers human beings:
~ a gateway to experience the vibrancy of the human body, mind, and emotions in an empowered and positively integrative way and
~ a pathway to a full bodied (somatic) experience and re-membering of the Soul Self and our connection to Spirit with the potential to bring forth both the wisdom of the Soul Self as well as Divinely experiencing the ways we are connected to all things.
