All healing sessions are done energetically alongside Angels, Ancestors, Plant and Nature Spirits, Ascended Masters and your Spirit Guides. I often utilize sound (drumming, rattling, toning, singing bowls) and crystals.
It is important to note that I am merely facilitating and creating an energetic catalyst for your own self-healing and growth. The only person who can heal you is YOU. I assist you in rebalancing your energy field to allow for this transformation in consciousness to take place with more clarity and ease.
