TRF is a very results-oriented group training program. Work outs are safe, effective, motivating, and fun. Attention is paid to each person so all have the opportunity to make those health & fitness changes they desire. We also do group challenges(voluntary) to promote camaraderie and fun competition for those who seek it. Groups sessions are small thus friendships are made and there is team atmosphere. No negativity is allowed...all levels are welcome and encouraged to try it out. "Let's Get It Done!"
