Dependable Building Services is a General Contractor for both residential and commercial construction. Founded in Spanaway, Pierce County, back in 2011, as primarily a basic Handyman but with skills I soon realized were well above the 'Average' Handyman. It was almost immediately evident that we were in very high demand. Given that we were finding our groove, we decided to take it to the next level, and making the Formal transition to a General Contractor in 2012. This gave us the ability to offer larger services with hired help. Handymen is how we represent ourselves, but with the efficiency and fundamentals of a seasoned General Contractor. We work in close cooperation with project owners and representatives to ensure their idea and budget will actually work together, and offer our more than 25+yrs of knowledge in the planning process.
