TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ!!!!!

A NON-REFUNDABLE $20 DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS TO BE CONFIRMED. A $45 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE PAID IN FULL FOR ALL SEW IN SERVICES TO BE CONFIRMED. AN EMAIL/INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO THE CLIENT FOR THE SEW IN DEPOSIT VIA TEXT OR EMAIL. DEPOSITS ARE MADE USING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. ALL DEPOSITS GO TOWARDS SEW IN SERVICES AND CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING REMAINING BALANCE IN FULL AFTER SERVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED. IF DEPOSITS ARE NOT PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER SCHEDULING, APPOINTMENTS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED.

**REFUND POLICY:
**All sales are final. No monetary refunds will be given for services rendered or products purchased. Impressions by Tamarah Qiana will be more than welcome to mollify any disagreements about a service or product. Clients are responsible to call or return back to the salon within 1 week of their initial appointment to have matters resolved.

**CANCELLATION POLICY:
A 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Same day cancellations will result in additional fees.


**All services include trimming of split/damaged ends.

**(Natural and Relaxed Services) Prices are for basic flat iron styling only. Body curls, wand curls, or any other styling is $25 extra.

**(Sew In Services) Prices include styling. All sew in services are done with a net and are installed to last for 2-5 months with proper maintenance and care regimens.

It is understood and agreed that the Service Provider(Impressions by Tamarah Qiana and staff) will not be liable to the Customer, or any agent or associate of the Customer, for any mistake or error in judgment or for any act or omission, consequential, indirect, special, incidental or punitive damages done in good faith, regardless of the form of action, whether in an agreement, tort, strict product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the damages were foreseeable and believed to be within the scope of authority conferred or implied by this Agreement.

ALL SERVICES ARE DONE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, THEREFORE THERE IS NEVER A WAIT DUE TO OVERBOOKING. NO SERVICE IS RUSHED AND ALL SEW IN SERVICES ARE VERY INTRICATE. PLEASE ALLOW YOURSELF THE ALLOTTED TIME TO BE SERVICED.
