Groovebox Studios is a showcase of live recordings of North American artists recorded live at gbs. Located in Detroit MI, all of our recordings reflect a one band, one room, one take philosophy. NO retracking, NO overdubbing, NO extensive vocal processing. All bands plug in and play true to any other live performance. Every artist’s filmed performance is then posted here at gbsdetroit.com. If you are a band/artist interested in performing live from GBS, email us your contact/music info and we’ll answer your inquiry asap. Our mission is to provide a “stage/venue” for artists to perform, promote and spread their music throughout the motor city and beyond. The gbs staff are artists, musicians and live music fans who are dedicated to providing an artist friendly environment without compromise.
