Kristy Weaver, NCTM, completed a 625 clock hour program at Irene's Myomassology Institute in Southfield, MI. Her training includes emphasis in structural evaluation, Thai Massage, Myofascial work, Reflexology, Reiki and Cranio-Sacral Therapy. She has worked alongside chiropractors and in massage clinics, allowing her skills to grow after graduation. Her technique blends Myofascial Release, Thai, Trigger Point Therapy and many other modalities to achieve wellness. A tireless student, Kristy is pursuing a BA in biology/physiology with future plans to complete a PhD. She has an interest in massage research and maintaining an evidence based practice.
