I offer client centered therapy for people who are coping with trauma, grief and loss (including loss related to medical challenges), anxiety, depression, and caregiver issues. Therapy is a co-creation, and I work with each person to find what "speaks" to him / her. For some people, that's talking or mindfulness practices. For others, it’s art, writing, or drama therapy. For most, it's a combination. I also love sharing information that empowers people. If you've experienced trauma, grief, depression, or a toxic relationship, it can be very helpful to get information about that. People often feel relieved to discover that they are not alone, that there is a map to describe what they've been through, and there is a path towards healing. I welcome people of all cultures, spiritual beliefs, physical abilities, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
