Attorney Tracy A. Bernson formed Bernson Legal, PLLC, after working as a Senior Partner and Managing Attorney of a seacoast law firm.

Attorney Bernson left the medium sized firm to do what she loves best: representing clients, solving client problems, and using unique and alternative methods to tailor a resolution to a client’s personal dilemma. Completely dissatisfied with the role of managing people, and not being hands on with her clients, Attorney Bernson opened Bernson Legal, PLLC to bring to Dover that small town lawyer whose doors are open to everyone, regardless of income status, and who individually handles your personal legal problems herself.

Originally trained as a trial attorney, Attorney Bernson focused her practice in litigating a wide variety of issues. Those areas include Complex Litigation, such complicated disputes concerning families, property, and/or businesses; Family Law, which includes divorce, child custody (parenting time and residential responsibility), abuse and neglect, juvenile matters, minor and adult guardianships, and child support matters; Probate Litigation, which includes guardianships, adoptions, inheritance disputes, powers of attorney disputes, trust disputes; Criminal Defense, both felony and misdemeanor offenses, for adults and children; and General Litigation matters, contract matters and professional licensing matters, among many other types of cases.
