This website is the official tool for scheduling appointments at the Clark County Office of Civil Marriages for wedding ceremonies.
**IMPORTANT: THE OFFICE OF CIVIL MARRIAGES DOES NOT ISSUE MARRIAGE LICENSES - YOU MUST OBTAIN ONE FIRST. Before going to your appointment: 1) Complete your marriage license application online at MLIC.Vegas; and 2) Visit one of our offices that issues marriage licenses to finalize and receive the paperwork you'll need to bring to your ceremony.
While we do have walk-in hours Monday-Thursday from 2-6pm and Sunday 9am-5pm (closed for lunch from 11:30am-12pm), all other ceremonies on Friday and Saturday are performed by appointment only. The only acceptable form of payment at the Marriage Commission for a civil ceremony is credit card ($75.00 + $2.75 processing fee payable by Visa, MasterCard or Discover only). Cash is not accepted. Couples will need to bring their own witness, and the maximum occupancy of the ceremony room is 18 people.
***If more than one appointment is booked per day for the same couple, both are subject to be canceled.
