This website is the official tool for scheduling appointments at the Clark County Office of Civil Marriages for wedding ceremonies.
**IMPORTANT: THE OFFICE OF CIVIL MARRIAGES DOES NOT ISSUE MARRIAGE LICENSES - YOU MUST OBTAIN ONE FIRST. Before going to your appointment: 1) Complete your marriage license application online at MLIC.Vegas; and 2) Visit one of our offices that issues marriage licenses to finalize and receive the paperwork you'll need to bring to your ceremony.
While we do have walk-in hours Monday-Thursday from 2-6pm and Sunday 9am-5pm (closed for lunch from 11:30am-12pm), all other ceremonies on Friday and Saturday are performed by appointment only. The only acceptable form of payment at the Marriage Commission for a civil ceremony is credit card ($75.00 + $2.75 processing fee). Cash is not accepted. Couples will need to bring their own witness, and the maximum occupancy of the ceremony room is 18 people.
***If more than one appointment is booked per day for the same couple, both are subject to be canceled.
