Dr. Jayne Tsuchiyama is a Licensed Acupuncturist in Hawaii, with a doctorate and board-certification in Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology. Jayne is an advocate of integrating traditional and complementary medicines. She specializes in pain management, women's health and cancer care.
She is certified in cancer care acupuncture by Memorial Sloan Kettering (NY). Her acupuncture internship at the Hospital for Joint Diseases New York Hospital focused on treating women with disabilities, such as multiple sclerosis and osteoporosis. She leads the acupuncture department at the Queen's Cancer Center and The Women's Health Center and sees patients there on Tuedays and Fridays.
Jayne has been a guest on KHON (2009, 2010. 2011, 2012), KITV (2009, 2013) and O'lelo (2010), and was featured in MidWeek's "Doctor in the House" (2009), where she explained the benefits of acupuncture (midweek.com). She is Vice-Chair, Hawaii State Board of Acupuncture.
